The 133 Siam rooms are located at the top of the mountain and overlooking the breathtaking beauty of the Red Sea. The balconies of the Siam rooms overlook the stunning view, and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, cable LCD satellite television, digital safe, king-sized beds, a mini-refrigerator, and hairdryer. There are also family rooms with a gallery, suitable for two adults and two children, and rooms are available with an inter-connecting door. Some Siam rooms also come with an en-suite pampering Jacuzzi in the yard. All the rooms are designed in traditional Thai style, adding to the exotic, tropical experience of your stay at the hotel.
In 2006 the gates of the newest and most prestigious wing of the Orchid Hotel were opened – the Shangri-La wing;
36 rooms, 9 Shangri-La villas and the Grand Shangri-La Villa. The Shangri-La wing is located in the highest area of the hotel, facing the spectacular view of the bay of Eilat. The deluxe rooms and villas are designed to bring you the magic of the Far East. The rooms offer spacious bathrooms and luxurious furnishings, 32” plasma televisions with cable/satellite channels, balconies overlooking the bay of Eilat, top quality king-sized beds, air conditioning, a digital safe, mini-refrigerator, and hairdryer, feather or synthetic quilts and pillows to give you the pleasure of intimate, homey comfort. Family rooms have galleries and are suitable for couples and two children.
Shangri-La villas 9 large villas overlooking the breathtaking view spread out beneath them, towards the bay of Eilat. All the villas have balconies with a unique tanning deck, complete with a double tanning mattress and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Every villa has a sitting area, spacious bathrooms overlooking the bay of Eilat, 32” plasma televisions with cable/satellite channels, balconies overlooking the Bay of Eilat, air conditioning, a digital safe, mini-refrigerator, hairdryer, top quality king-sized bed, and feather or synthetic quilts and pillows to give you the pleasure of intimate, homey comfort.
